![]() My only complaint: it was nearly impossible to make an appointment by phone. (I was tempted to perform my daily ablutions in there.) The therapy staff is very good, and the spa has seasonal specials (such as a poolside pedicure that includes appetizers from one of the restaurants). The locker room has the usual amenities (showers, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna), plus a "power shower" and two partially-outdoor (secluded) rain showers. The lobby is reasonably separated from the casino (assuming one parks in the hotel parking structure rather than the casino parking structure). The check-in process went fairly well, and the concierge service was exceptional. The suites are at the end of the halls (it appears), so instead of the normal "one window at one end of the room" layout, it had an additional side window. The room was nice, the bathroom was huge (complete with a jacuzzi that was so big that it took almost 20 minutes to fill.and not because there was a lack of pressure either). We stayed in a small suite for three nights. ![]()
